btdjl Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "btdjl", "we", "us", "our" refers to btdjl and its operators, who own and operate the website accessible at btdjl.io.
• "Platform" means the btdjl website at btdjl.io, including all pages, sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated services made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Account" means the unique registered account created by a User on the Platform, identified by a username and password combination.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a User's account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus credit where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free-bet credit awarded by btdjl subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover amount a User must generate from Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) btdjl account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date at all times. btdjl may request documentary evidence to verify any registration detail at its absolute discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including any betting, deposit, or withdrawal — will be deemed to have been authorised by you. • Account credentials must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must update your registered details promptly if they change.
• btdjl reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

btdjl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any point at btdjl's discretion, you may be required to submit verification documents including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation where total deposits exceed specified thresholds.

btdjl will not process withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and reviewed. The KYC review period is typically two to three business days from receipt of all required documents. During this period, your account balance remains accessible for continued play but withdrawals will be held pending verification completion.

If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of a formal request, btdjl reserves the right to suspend your account and restrict access to any balance pending resolution.

Deposits. btdjl accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by btdjl, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. btdjl does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. btdjl does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Same-day processing applies to withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on any calendar day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed on the following business day.

Currency. All account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). btdjl does not hold or process accounts in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion that may occur on your payment provider's side is outside btdjl's control and responsibility.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification for first-time requests.
• btdjl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending fraud or AML review.
• Deposits made by credit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Failed deposits due to incorrect payment details are not btdjl's responsibility.

btdjl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including a 200% welcome bonus on first deposit up to ৳20,000, periodic reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus credit date, after which any unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will expire.

All sports bets placed on the btdjl sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for that sport, market, and event type as displayed at the time of bet placement. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• Bets are confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your balance. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, btdjl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs by rain or other circumstances, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable, or bets may be voided at btdjl's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted at btdjl's absolute discretion. btdjl may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btdjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event offered on the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any person under 21 years of age.
• Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of another person (third-party transactions).

btdjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where btdjl reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to btdjl, its staff, or other users.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement obligation requires btdjl to restrict access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, btdjl may retain the account balance as partial remedy for losses suffered. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked funds) will be returned to the registered payment method within ten business days.

You may voluntarily close your btdjl account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed normally.

Scraping, data mining, or any automated extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btdjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if btdjl has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

btdjl does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond btdjl's control may result in temporary unavailability. btdjl will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable in any such event.

btdjl's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btdjl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
